What is “Living Your Dream After Graduation?”

In 2012, I started a creative writing program called, “Write Your Future” to help young students realize their potential.  This year for my 2nd Annual Project, I visited 3rd-6th grade students at 7 local elementary schools and spoke to them about the tools for success and how to reach their dreams. I invited them to participate in my current creative writing project, “Living Your Dream After Graduation.”  Over 200 students submitted creative short stories about themselves in the future living their dream job, with a fictional and creative twist to the story. With the help of a fantastic team of story editors and readers, 120 stories were put into a book and self published. All proceeds benefit Children’s Miracle Network.
